Passport

Just renewed my expired passport by mail. Good news: new passport arrived quickly and without incident. I am once again free to roam the world! Bad news: unlike previous renewals, my old passport was not returned this time. And it was a good one, with lots of cool customs stamps in it. I really wished I had made copies of it before sending it away.

EDITED 18 Jan to add: Yippee! The old passport came back! Now if I had only read the fine print, I would have seen where it said that the new and old passports may arrive separately.
