Jamaica

My sister Paisley writes about our family vacation in Jamaica. We spent a week at a house on Discovery Bay, on the north side of the island.

My favorite parts of the vacation included:

• Being with my sisters and their families
• Watching Maria and our kids enjoy the sun, sand and water
• The food
• The massage
• Not thinking about work (OK, hardly thinking about work) for an entire week
• Visiting the Bob Marley mausoleum
• The exchange rate (Bag of Doritos? 274 dollars!)

It was an amazing time, and quite a shock to go from swim trunks yesterday back to snow shoveling today.
